Assignment description
We are looking for a UX Designer who will work closely with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
You will be part of a home team consisting of skilled developers and a Product Owner, while also collaborating cross-functionally with other developers, POs, UX designers and business owners. In this role, you will conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and data analysis, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes built around real customer needs. You will work closely with POs and developers to shape and refine design ideas, design user journeys, flows and personas to guide development, and apply the design system to ensure a consistent look and feel across products. The role requires an ability to adapt quickly to feedback and iterate designs effectively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an UX designer, preferably 10 years from a similar role.
- Knowledgeable of various methodologies and frameworks within this field
- Proficiency in research, creating user flows and producing personas
- Skilled at using conventional UX-tools, we use for instance Figma, Mural, Google Analytics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passionate about UX, with a drive to grow and continuously improve
- Based in Greater Stockholm Area
