Assignment Description

We are seeking a Sales Tools (Salesforce) & Process Specialist to manage and enhance the Salesforce platform and related sales applications to support sales growth and improve efficiency. The role focuses on ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce-related initiatives, with strong emphasis on user enablement and stakeholder collaboration.

The assignment includes driving alignment of global sales processes using standard Salesforce capabilities, primarily within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Quoting. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and IT in an agile environment to deliver scalable solutions and ensure consistent processes and tools across the organization. The role requires the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments while translating sales process needs into system requirements. You are expected to take responsibility for outcomes, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Quoting.
• Experience contributing to large-scale projects in a Subject Matter Expert capacity.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
• Experience collaborating closely with IT within agile frameworks.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Accountable, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

It is considered an advantage if you have additional depth of experience in leveraging standard Salesforce functionality to support global process harmonization.
