Assignment Description

We are seeking developers to support the development and implementation of FHIR-based solutions used within healthcare IT environments. The assignment focuses on building and integrating solutions that enable structured information exchange between healthcare systems. The consultant will contribute to the implementation of interfaces and integrations that enable systems to communicate and exchange healthcare information in a consistent and reliable manner.

The work includes structuring and handling healthcare information using standardized resources and supporting interoperability between different clinical systems. The role also involves participating in system integrations, working with REST-based interfaces, and contributing to data modelling that supports reliable information exchange across systems. The assignment may also involve working with healthcare data in digital systems and participating in projects where standardized approaches to information exchange are applied.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with FHIR
• Practical experience implementing FHIR APIs
• Experience working with FHIR resources such as Patient, Observation, Medication, and similar resources
• Experience with FHIR profiling and Implementation Guides
• Experience integrating healthcare systems
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Experience with data modelling related to interoperability between systems
• It is considered an advantage if the consultant is familiar with FHIR Shorthand (FSH).

It is highly relevant if you have previous experience working with healthcare or clinical data and can provide concrete examples such as implementation of FHIR-based integrations, projects where FHIR standards were used in practice, or work involving healthcare data or clinical systems.
