Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Application Specialist for a consulting assignment where you will work at the intersection of finance and technology. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating financial and operational requirements into scalable solutions within NetSuite.

You will collaborate closely with finance, business, and engineering teams to develop, improve, and maintain the organization’s financial systems landscape. The role includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, and designing and implementing NetSuite solutions such as workflows, customizations, and integrations.

You will also act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves leading testing and quality assurance activities, supporting user training and documentation, handling day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the financial systems ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of core finance and accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite’s core financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Experience with NetSuite customization and development tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment

Meriting:

• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS solutions
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba)
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation)
