Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect to support a large-scale digital workplace program. The role focuses on designing and governing integrations between a unified intranet platform and core enterprise systems.

You will define integration architecture, API strategies, and data flows, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable connectivity. The role also includes defining identity and access models, supporting system integrations, and guiding teams and vendors in best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, manage dependencies, support migration from legacy systems, and contribute to the overall architecture roadmap while ensuring compliance with security and data standards.

 Qualifications:

• You have extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Architect in enterprise environments
• You have strong hands-on experience designing and implementing system integrations in complex landscapes
• You have a deep understanding of integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, identity federation, SSO)
• You have experience integrating SaaS platforms into enterprise ecosystems
• You have experience with identity and access management (e.g. Azure AD, AD, SAML, OAuth)
• You have experience from intranet platforms, digital workplace solutions, or SharePoint migrations
• You have a strong understanding of data flows, data modelling, and system dependencies
• You have knowledge of security architecture and compliance in global organisations
• You have experience working in large, distributed, and complex environments
• You have strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
• You are fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Staffbase
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or iPaaS solutions
• Familiarity with information architecture and content governance
• Experience from automotive or industrial organisations
• Understanding of change management in large-scale transformations
