Assignment description

We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative business data. The role focuses on delivering insights that support strategy, performance improvement, and operational excellence.

You will work with the full data lifecycle, including data collection, preparation, quality assurance, analysis, and visualization. You will apply statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.

The role also involves developing reports and dashboards using BI tools, as well as designing and analyzing surveys to support business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and present results in a clear and actionable way.

Responsibilities include ensuring data quality through validation and cleaning, applying statistical models and visualization techniques, and producing both recurring and ad-hoc analyses. You will also contribute to survey design, testing, and evaluation, as well as summarizing findings through reports, graphs, and presentations.

This is a role for someone who combines strong analytical skills with business understanding and the ability to communicate insights effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• You have an education within IT.
• You have experience with PowerBI/PowerApps.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
