Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support activities within the pharmaceutical domain. The role is part of a team working with eTMF and related clinical management processes. The assignment involves contributing across the full delivery lifecycle, from early-stage analysis and solution exploration through to implementation.

The work includes driving solution discovery, identifying and suggesting viable and compliant approaches, and conducting impact assessments. The consultant will also contribute to discussions balancing cost, effort, and value. Tasks are expected to be approached in a hypothesis-driven way by structuring problems, testing assumptions through smaller initiatives, and iterating based on measurable outcomes. A data-driven approach is also required, using metrics and data extracts to validate findings, support prioritization, and evaluate results.

The role involves engaging with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to identify challenges, underlying causes, and desired outcomes. In addition, the consultant will support communication efforts, training activities, and the adoption of changes related to assigned initiatives. The assignment requires someone who can operate independently, take ownership of initiatives from start to finish, collaborate effectively within a team, and work within an agile setup.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) concepts
• Experience working with Veeva platforms
• Professional proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Ability to analyze and define requirements
• Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of eTMF and Clinical Management System domains
• Knowledge of Clinical Operations processes
• Hands-on experience with eTMF functionalities such as document handling, metadata configuration, workflows, and audit tracking

It is considered an advantage if you have experience with Veeva eTMF or Clinical Management Systems.
