Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, the focus will be on validation within Storage and Collaboration.

The role involves applying a risk-based approach when gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, with the aim of ensuring quality throughout the process. Close collaboration with business stakeholders is required to understand needs and translate them into clear and structured specifications for the development team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders
• Translating business needs into structured specifications for development teams
• Performing validation-related test activities
• Collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and development teams
• Authoring and executing test protocols
• Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) together with key stakeholders
• Producing documentation such as functional specifications and user stories
• Ensuring a smooth handover from business requirements to implementation
• Conducting analysis to build a strong understanding of business processes and needs
