Assignment description

We are looking for an Agile Product Leader to take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within a defined functional area, combining Product Owner responsibilities with a strong Business Analyst focus.

In this role, you will own and drive the product vision and roadmap for D365, ensuring that solutions support business needs, follow architectural principles, and deliver measurable value. You will prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, risks, and dependencies.

You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT, acting as the key link between requirements and technical delivery. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as contributing to standardization, ways of working, and continuous improvement.

From a Business Analyst perspective, you will analyze and document business processes, gather and structure requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional specifications. You will facilitate workshops, support solution design, and contribute to testing and acceptance to ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is comfortable working in an agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience working within ERP environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in requirements management and process modeling
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably within Order-to-Delivery
• Good understanding of system architecture and integration principles
• Ability to analyze data and track performance through KPIs

You have a structured and analytical approach to your work, with the ability to understand complex situations and break them down into clear actions. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at different levels. You are confident in prioritizing work and making well-informed decisions in a dynamic environment. At the same time, you have a proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders, building trust and ensuring alignment across the organization.
