Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to analyse and document business, tax, and regulatory requirements related to investment and savings products within a Nordic context. In this role, you will translate business needs into IT deliverables such as features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation within a modern ESP-based platform.

You will ensure that requirements remain clear, consistent, and traceable across both shared and country-specific solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, solution architects, developers, legal specialists, and operations teams throughout the delivery process. The role also involves analysing data requirements across the product lifecycle, including accounts, transactions, tax calculations, and reporting.

A solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data movement within modern platform or microservice-based environments is important. You will contribute to both high-level and detailed solution documentation while supporting the transition from legacy systems to a service-based platform aligned with a Nordic target architecture. The focus is on creating scalable and stable solutions that reduce long-term operational and IT support complexity.

You are analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to challenge requirements in a constructive and professional way. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and IT are important, together with the ability to balance short-term delivery needs with a long-term platform perspective.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in close cooperation with solution architects and technical delivery teams
• Previous experience gained within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
• Experience working in environments that include both older system landscapes and modern cloud or platform-based technologies
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated background in roles focused on IT analysis or technical business analysis
• Good knowledge of integrations, APIs, and the movement of data between systems
• Familiarity with delivering or supporting complex solutions operating across several countries or markets

It is considered beneficial if you have experience from assignments involving tax authorities. It is also considered beneficial if you have proficiency in one or more Nordic languages.
