Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) implementations across commercial business units. In this role, you will be part of the IT organization and play a key role in ensuring successful and timely delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will lead IT deliveries within D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects and be responsible for planning and executing key activities such as configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover. You will lead a team of functional and technical consultants, ensuring alignment between technical delivery, business requirements, and the overall project plan.

You will act as the primary IT counterpart to business-side project managers and implementation leads, and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, including solution design, development, integration, as well as external partners and vendors. The role also includes managing and documenting market-specific configurations and deviations from standard solutions.

You will continuously monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful and timely delivery across all phases of the implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience of working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies, and ERP architecture.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
