Assignment description
We are looking for a Service Manager to support delivery and coordination of technical services within a production environment. The role focuses on ensuring stable service delivery, supporting operational needs, and coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
In this role, you will own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that SLAs and quality targets are met. You act as a key point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders, support operational requests, and drive upgrades and changes together with relevant functions.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, follow up on performance and KPIs, and manage incidents and escalations. The role also includes ensuring that documentation, processes, and service readiness are in place.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement of the service delivery function.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with service delivery, service management, or similar roles.
- Understanding of industrial IT systems.
- Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and service follow-up.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured manner.

You work in a collaborative way and communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
