Assignment description
We are looking for a Process Developer with hands-on experience in system ownership and governance. Experience from large, complex enterprise environments is highly valuable, as the role requires the ability to quickly understand existing structures and ways of working.
This is not a technical development role. Instead, the focus is on system ownership, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with the goal of improving and structuring how system ownership is managed across the organization.
In this role, you will drive the development of system ownership processes, user journeys, and roadmaps linked to ongoing transformation initiatives. You will work closely with system owners, architects, and other stakeholders to map system landscapes, ownership structures, and governance models.
You will consolidate input from multiple teams into clear guidelines and practical ways of working, while also collecting and addressing stakeholder questions, concerns, and feedback. A key part of the role is to develop clear instructions, frameworks, and governance models that support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO)
Strong understanding of:
- System ownership models
- Governance structures
- System landscapes
- Experience working in large and complex organizations
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience working with:
- Ownership meta-models
- Process development / ways of working
- Cross-domain coordination initiatives
You have a strong understanding of system ownership and governance, with the ability to structure, guide, and improve ways of working across the organization. You combine a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and are comfortable navigating complex environments with many stakeholders.
You are structured, methodical, and proactive, with the ability to turn complex input into clear direction and actionable outcomes. You communicate clearly, create alignment across teams, and have a talent for simplifying complexity and bringing clarity in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
