Assignment description

We are looking for an all-round Project Manager Consultant to support development and collaboration projects in a cross-functional environment connected to vehicle delivery and external partner cooperation.

This is a hands-on and operational role suited for someone who can quickly adapt, take responsibility across multiple areas, and support both technical and coordination activities. The focus is on enabling smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient communication and successful project execution.

You will support project planning, follow-up, and reporting related to scope, timelines, and cost, while also helping to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. The role includes facilitating collaboration across functions, supporting knowledge transfer and education activities, and contributing wherever needed in a broad and flexible capacity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles
• Experience from technical, development, or industrial environments
• Experience working in cross‑functional settings
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience from bus, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry (Pref Bus)
• Fluent English & Swedish (spoken and written). Additional languages are considered a plus

Nice To Have:

• Exposure to customer‑ or partner‑facing roles
• Experience with documentation, coordination, or training/knowledge transfer
• Basic education or certification in Project Management or Agile ways of working
• Willingness to travel, Might be needed but nothing that is a must
