Assignment Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer. In this assignment, you will work as a core developer in a multi-disciplinary Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service product team, collaborating with teams responsible for digital products that depend on one another.

You will support the development, integration, deployment, and release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including customizations, configurations, and related infrastructure. The role also includes developing features, contributing to prioritization and team activities, working in a DevOps and Agile Scrum environment, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value and support shared goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with ALM, Application Lifecycle Management.
• Experience connecting external systems and services through Azure Service Bus and external APIs.
• Good knowledge of working from specifications in development.
• A minimum of five years’ product development experience, including solution design and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service suite and Power Platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
• Experience working with Azure API Management.
• Ability to contribute as a team member and coordinate work with others.
• Several years’ experience in enterprise-level settings.
• Development experience involving Azure and other SaaS products.
• Experience creating REST APIs used both to consume and publish data.
• Very good knowledge of how integrations are handled in Microsoft Dynamics.

It is considered advantageous if you have experience from consumer-facing business environments. It is also beneficial if you have built workflows with GitHub Actions, implemented Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a B2C context, and used DevOps tools for version control, build processes, quality assurance, and release management of Dynamics 365 solutions and integrations.
