Assignment description

We are looking for a Business Architect to support strategic business transformation and ensure alignment between business processes, architecture and IT initiatives in a global organization.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and leadership teams to define and develop business processes with focus on quality, scalability and continuous improvement. You will contribute to establishing target and transition architectures, support transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical initiatives.

The assignment includes creating and maintaining business architecture within the assigned domain, identifying business improvement opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making through architectural analysis and recommendations. You will also work with capabilities, processes, information models and other business architecture artifacts as part of the enterprise architecture framework.

Responsibilities also include performing pre-studies, discovery sprints and gap analyses, creating decision material and supporting architectural planning and execution across complex end-to-end flows. The role requires close collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable, reusable and strategically aligned solutions.
