Assignment description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support a global IT organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic recruitment partner, working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure a consistent, high-quality and business-driven recruitment approach across multiple regions.
The role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruitment responsibilities and requires the ability to balance global alignment with local execution. You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles while supporting and coordinating recruitment activities across international teams and markets.
Key responsibilities include advising hiring managers on role definitions, competency requirements, talent market trends and salary benchmarks, as well as developing effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent. You will also collaborate closely with local recruiters and stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Qualifications:
- You combine strategic capability with hands-on execution.
- You bring solid experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a global organization
- You have proven track record in search and sourcing, especially for IT or digital roles Strong understanding of global recruitment complexity, including working across cultures, geographies and organizational structures
- You have experience collaborating with HRBPs and senior stakeholders
- You have basic knowledge of HR processes, including role structuring and salary frameworks
- You have the ability to connect, align and drive recruitment topics across teams and countries Personal qualities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- You have a structured and proactive approach Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery Collaborative and adaptable in a global environment
