Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner. The assignment is within the finance sector and involves working with digital user experiences in development teams. The role is customer-focused, with product decisions, priorities and trade-offs guided by customer needs and business impact. It requires strong ownership, the ability to handle complex stakeholders, and a proactive, innovative and solution-oriented mindset.

The consultant will align stakeholders around priorities, success metrics and business outcomes, while owning and prioritizing the product backlog. The role also includes working with UX design teams, planning and communicating delivery milestones, managing dependencies, leading and motivating others, and turning new ideas or complex requirements into concrete actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Full professional proficiency in English, in both written and spoken communication.
• Practical experience from working in agile environments.
• At least five years of proven experience as a Product Owner, covering both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• In-depth understanding of payments.
• At least five years of professional background in finance or banking.

It is considered meritorious if you have a UX background or experience delivering mobile or frontend applications, experience working with remote teams, or experience from large organizations.
