Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to drive and coordinate requirements management for cross-functional IT solutions supporting R&D operations. The role focuses on ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements and aligned with both local and global development processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT, collecting, analyzing and validating requirements while translating them into functional and technical specifications. The assignment includes collaborating with teams across multiple regions to define suitable solutions, establish effective ways of working and ensure alignment with existing standards and best practices.

The role also involves supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitating communication between business and IT teams, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet agreed business objectives and user needs. In addition, you will coordinate requirements-related activities and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives that support engineering, design and product development processes.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• You have extensive experience in business analysis, system analysis, or IT project delivery.
• You have the ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-cultural collaboration
• You have proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across cultures.
• You have knowledge of business process modelling and requirements management tools.
• You have familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT project delivery.
• You have basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and integration concepts.
