Assignment description

We are looking for an ERP Business Architect to support two major ERP transformation initiatives and help drive the future ERP landscape within the commercial organization.

The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end alignment across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes while supporting the implementation and evolution of ERP solutions across a complex business environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, architects and delivery teams to ensure that business objectives, target architecture and process standards are translated into effective and scalable solutions.

As part of the End-to-End Architecture team, you will be responsible for safeguarding process and architectural integrity, supporting the development and governance of global processes and templates, and ensuring alignment across multiple ERP initiatives. The role also includes evaluating change requests, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and identifying business impacts related to process and system changes.

You will collaborate closely with program stakeholders, process developers, realization leads and integration partners to ensure seamless process execution and consistency across the ERP landscape. The environment includes both SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, requiring a strong understanding of ERP-driven business transformation and end-to-end process architecture.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably within the domain of Computer science
• 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role
• Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments.
• Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (ARIS is currently used).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
