Assignment description
We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation and performance management program. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, performance tracking and analytical support to enable informed decision-making and drive successful program outcomes.
You will work closely with program leadership, HR and Finance Controlling to establish transparent reporting structures, monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights into program progress and target achievement. The assignment includes collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
The role requires strong collaboration across business functions and involves supporting performance management activities, developing reporting and tracking frameworks, and ensuring that decision-makers have access to accurate and meaningful information to guide strategic priorities and program execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.
- Strong experience analyzing financial and operational performance data.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders with analytical decision support.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes.
- Familiarity with HR/People analytics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/querying techniques is preferred.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business environments and stakeholder needs.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations is advantageous.

- Experience in large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
- Experience integrating HR/People data with Financial data for workforce and cost analysis.
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or global enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of program portfolio management and benefits realization tracking.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project/Program Management.
