Assignment Description

We are seeking a Hardware Verification Engineer. Technical leadership skills and a strong sense of ownership are required.

The role includes defining, managing and verifying End User Function requirements across variants, use cases and applicable regulations, while considering the full function lifecycle. You will break down feature requirements, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure end-to-end verification in test environments or vehicles. You will also analyze verification results and coordinate with relevant function owners. The assignment concerns low-voltage electrical systems and requires experience in hardware engineering and End User Function development.

Required Qualifications:

• Background in hardware engineering and hands-on work with function development, including End User Functions.
• Background in verification of functions in both system and vehicle contexts.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, including FuSa and HARA, cybersecurity work including TARA, and FMEA.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and demonstrate a clear ownership mindset.

It is considered meritorious if you have higher education in electrical, electronics, automation engineering or a related area, experience working with electrified vehicles, a background in low-voltage system design, or familiarity with electrical system architectures.
