Assignment description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program within the Asset Finance area. The role focuses on driving requirements and process-related activities across business units, domains and external vendors to support the organization’s transition to modern ways of working, digital processes and a future-proof system landscape.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, development teams and other program workstreams to analyze business needs, define requirements and ensure that target processes are translated into effective solutions. The role includes facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, identifying gaps and supporting solution design activities throughout the transformation journey.

Responsibilities include managing and refining requirements and features, maintaining transparent documentation and traceability, supporting business users in defining needs and ways of working, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help establish structured and efficient processes across the program.

The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT and external partners, acting as a bridge between business requirements and solution delivery while supporting successful implementation of strategic transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in larger transformations
• Experience from Core Banking Transformations
• Knowledge in Banking, Leasing business
• Leasing experience
• Working with CRM implementations
• Working in domains as Credit, payments, collections, finance in the bank domain
• Proven analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Swedish and English speaking and writing
