Assignment description

We are looking for a Technical Tester to join a large-scale transformation program within the Asset Finance area. The role is part of the Quality Assurance workstream and focuses on ensuring high quality and reliable deliveries across a complex system landscape.

You will work hands-on with manual and technical testing, planning and executing test activities in line with the overall test strategy. The role includes designing test cases based on business requirements and user stories, performing exploratory testing, validating critical business processes and ensuring adequate test coverage across systems and integrations.

You will collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders and external vendors to understand business flows, verify functionality and support successful deliveries. Responsibilities also include defect management, integration and end-to-end testing, API testing where applicable, and contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation and quality practices throughout the program.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience as a tester in IT projects, with a technical understanding.
• Hands-on experience of manual testing (this is not an automation role).
• Experience working with APIs and tools such as Postman or similar is highly valued.
• Experience with Jira, Xray or similar test management tools.
• Strong ability to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Experience from leasing systems or leasing processes is a must.
• Good understanding of test methodologies (e.g. ISTQB).
• Analytical, structured and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and drive your own testing work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
