The role acts as the strategic link between business stakeholders and IT, with focus on alignment, transparency and trust across the stakeholder experience.

You will manage stakeholder relationships and represent Digital Workplace as a coherent service organization. The role includes governance, service management, stakeholder engagement, escalation ownership and translating business needs into actionable demand within a product-based delivery model.

The position requires strong understanding of IT services, service governance, SLAs, stakeholder management and financial transparency, without direct ownership of delivery execution or product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary and trusted relationship owner for assigned business stakeholders.
  • Build long-term partnerships between business and IT, ensuring clarity, trust, and alignment.
  • Support stakeholders in articulating business needs, priorities, and constraints.
  • Frame and align business demand with the Digital Workplace product intake and portfolio processes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating what is feasible, when it can be delivered, and the associated trade-offs.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the stakeholder experience across products and services, identifying recurring themes and systemic pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to address cross-product and cross-portfolio challenges.
  • Support initiative owners during major organizational changes, transitions, and transformation activities.
  • Own stakeholder-facing escalations and ensure issues are routed to the appropriate product or portfolio teams.
  • Maintain accountability for escalations until resolution while remaining independent from delivery execution.
  • Ensure visibility, understanding, and communication of agreements between IT and business stakeholders, including service agreements and governance structures.
  • Support the definition, consolidation, communication, and continuous improvement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify SLA gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated definitions, driving necessary updates and improvements.
  • Provide transparency regarding IT service costs, consumption, invoicing, and financial alignment with business budgets.
  • Support clear and reliable communication between IT and business regarding financial and service governance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and business relationship management.
  • Experience working within product-based delivery organizations is highly desirable.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience working with demand management, stakeholder expectation management, and prioritization discussions.
  • Solid understanding of product and service landscapes, including how products, portfolios, and initiatives interact.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business narratives.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain transparency in challenging situations.
  • Experience working with service governance frameworks, service agreements, and SLA management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and systemic issues across services.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Experience handling stakeholder escalations and driving issues toward resolution.
  • Understanding of IT cost structures, consumption models, invoicing processes, and financial governance.

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Experience within large enterprise or global IT environments.
  • Experience supporting digital workplace or end-user technology services.
  • Knowledge of IT governance models and portfolio management practices.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with multiple legal entities and service structures.
  • Familiarity with service agreement frameworks, including Master Agreements, DORAs, and operational service contracts.
  • Experience working across business transformation or organizational change initiatives.

You are a relationship-oriented professional with excellent stakeholder management capabilities and a strong service mindset. You are comfortable operating in complex organizations, balancing business needs with IT realities, and communicating transparently even in challenging situations.

You have a strategic perspective, enjoy connecting people and services, and can see the bigger picture beyond individual products or teams. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across multiple business and IT functions.

Your ability to combine governance, communication, and business understanding makes you a trusted partner who helps bridge the gap between business objectives and IT service delivery.
