We are looking for a interim tech lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining the Clients’ technical platforms and digital infrastructure.
• Covers both strategic and operational responsibilities for the e-commerce platform, ERP system, and IT environment.
• Ensures that all IT solutions support the company’s business goals, efficiency, and security across the organization.
• Provide the Client with a modern, functional, and cost-efficient IT function that supports and enables the company’s business processes and strategic goals.
• Builds and manages strong external partnerships to ensure smooth operations and scalability.
• Drives innovation through a continuous focus on automation, digitalization, and AI initiatives.

Key Tasks

E-commerce and digital platform

• Overall technical responsibility for the e-commerce platform (Norce, Storyblok, Klaviyo CRM, Adyen, INGRID, GTM) and its operation in Azure.
• Ongoing management, development, and implementation in collaboration with partner Partnersense.
• Acts as technical stakeholder and purchaser toward external development partners.
• Leads testing and release processes, including automated tests.
• Maintains and develops integration architecture between e-commerce, ERP, and CRM.
• Budget responsibility for platform licenses, operations, and development costs.
• Co-owns the e-commerce roadmap with the E-commerce team.

ERP – Sage X3

• System owner for Sage X3, hosted in AWS by the vendor.
• Leads prioritization meetings and manages the ERP development roadmap.
• Collaborates with Systemstöd (EU) and Platform TA (US) for maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
• Drives development projects such as shipping functionality (TA) via INGRID, QA features, GUI improvements, analytical data tables, and mobile process implementation etc.
• Follows up on partner performance and delivery quality.
• Supports the creation of internal superusers within finance and logistics. 

IT Infrastructure and Workplace

• Overall responsibility for the Microsoft 365 environment (tenant, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, security, and user management).
• Operational responsibility for IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, printers, and other IT-related equipment at offices in Uppsala and Riverside (Los Angeles).
• Coordinates IT operations and support through partner Canerva, which manages VPN and Microsoft 365 tenant globally and provides first-line support within the EU.
• Handles second-line incidents internally and acts as IT coordinator for complex cases.
• Leads initiatives for standardization and automation across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
• Promotes and manages the internal use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and explores AI-driven process improvements across the organization.

 Projects

• Continuous development of e-commerce, CRM, and ERP.
• Implementation of standardization and automation projects in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• ERP improvement projects focused on data quality, logistics efficiency, and usability.
• Strategic initiatives for AI adoption and digital process development.
• Business intelligence and data analytics capabilities, enabling better insight, reporting, and decision-making across departments
