Assignment Description

We are seeking an IAM Technical Cloud Engineer for an assignment focused on Identity Governance and Administration in a complex enterprise environment. The work centres on the implementation and continued development of a cloud-based IGA solution, covering both technical delivery and operational support. The assignment requires at least two onsite days per week. Other working arrangements, including work from another country, require prior approval and may be subject to change.

The assignment is part of an ongoing implementation initiative expected to continue from the latter part of this year into the later stages of next year.

You will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle, including analysing and reviewing requirements, implementing technical and low-level designs, reviewing code, supporting user acceptance testing, and assisting with activities before and after deployment. The assignment also includes application onboarding as part of a phased rollout and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to establish secure access for different user groups.

You will provide third-line technical support for complex IAM-related issues across both cloud-based and legacy environments. You will also review vendor-delivered code and changes and provide recommendations related to the IGA platform, technical best practices, security, regulatory requirements and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IAM practices, including identity lifecycle.
• Experience working in an agile environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with virtual, culturally diverse teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong understanding of access governance, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and willingness to undergo a background check before onboarding.
• Experience implementing IAM and Access Governance solutions and related toolsets in large, multi-site environments, including familiarity with application onboarding processes and associated best practices, preferably within a SailPoint ISC context.
• A minimum of four to six years of practical experience implementing SailPoint ISC solutions, together with strong experience in technical maintenance, development and troubleshooting across one or more IAM technologies.
