Assignment Description

We are looking for an analytical, solution-oriented OT Infrastructure Server Specialist who is structured, quality-focused and experienced in complex technical infrastructure environments. You should be able to manage multiple priorities independently, approach technical challenges methodically and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams across different technologies and vendors. The assignment requires on-site work three to four days per week.

The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining hardware and server infrastructure, including server and network topologies, within SCADA and platform environments. You will work with HPE infrastructure, Eaton power systems and Meinberg time-synchronization solutions, as well as automation and configuration management using Ansible, Git and GitHub.

You will also troubleshoot infrastructure issues, support testing and technical documentation, manage hardware throughout its lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvements in a dynamic environment supporting critical technical systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of HPE infrastructure, Eaton power systems, Meinberg time-synchronization solutions, Git, GitHub and Ansible.
  • Professional experience at a senior level within hardware engineering, server engineering, infrastructure engineering or data center engineering, including experience in designing and implementing complex hardware and infrastructure solutions.

It is considered advantageous if you have experience with LaTeX and technical documentation, external storage and storage architectures, or virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure, including VMware. Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers and power management systems is also considered advantageous. The same applies to experience from industrial, energy, SCADA, data center or other mission-critical environments, as well as experience with hardware lifecycle management and testing.
