Assignment description

We are looking for SSA/LSA Pega Developers to support the development, architecture and optimization of Pega applications.

In this role, you will help ensure scalability and performance through effective architecture and solution design. You will work with complex workflows, decisioning techniques and integrations with external systems, while also identifying, building and maintaining reusable components.

You will troubleshoot, test and maintain core products and databases to ensure strong functionality, performance and optimization. The role also includes providing architecture and design guidance to project teams, supporting scoping and sizing of Pega features, and working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and QA.

As a senior Pega specialist, you will also guide team members in using the latest Pega studios and tools, contributing to strong technical direction and consistent ways of working across the team

Qualifications:

• LSA – 8+ years of experience of pega PRPC development with 2+ years of experience in the LSA role and Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification OR
• SSA – 4+ years of experience in pega PRPC development with 2+ years of experience in the SSA role and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
• Project experience implementing in Pega infinity
• Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (financial sector will be an asset)
• Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications with the Pega solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
