Assignment description

We are looking for an Integration Developer to support customer projects by setting up integrations through an existing integration layer.

In this role, you will work with customer requirements while ensuring that integrations are configured and implemented according to best practices. The role is not focused on daily development, but strong Java skills are required in order to use and adapt reusable components effectively.

The assignment combines communication, configuration, testing and development. As a guideline, the role consists of approximately 40% communication, 30% configuration, 10% testing and 20% Java development.

 Qualifications

• You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with API Management and/or Apache Kafka.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in Java.
• You have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• You have experience using GitHub Actions and Ansible Tower for automation.
• You have hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, AKS, and a strong understanding of Kubernetes clusters.
• You are familiar with Linux and WSL environments.
• You have knowledge of Splunk, Fluent Bit and Helm charts.
• You have experience with Angular, JavaScript and Bash scripting, which is considered a plus.

Non-technical

• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable gathering integration requirements from customer teams.
• You have previous experience working in an integration department, which is considered a plus.
• You are motivated by a hands-on integration role rather than a pure architecture or pure development position.
