Assignment description

We are looking for a senior Data Lead with great leadership and communication skills to have responsibility for at least one data domain. For which the Data Lead needs to have a deep understanding of the data, including the producers and consumers of data within the domain, and drive data related improvements. Within the domain, the Data Lead prioritize improvements, work together with the relevant teams, and has the mandate to do so.

The recommended level for this role is 5 years+ as a Manager, Data Lead, Senior Engineer and above.

• Domain autonomy

The Data Leads Forum is constituted by all Data Leads with the mandate to set the overarching data strategy and best practices and policies around data and data management. Within the Data Leads Forum the Data Lead is expected to use their experience and insights to improve the above points together with the other Data Leads and also share knowledge and collaborate across data domains.
