Assignment description

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to lead internal communication activities within a transport-focused business area.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages employees and other stakeholders while supporting brand awareness. You will work closely with management and collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Your responsibilities include creating newsletters, internal articles, presentations and other communication materials, supporting management with communication needs and identifying relevant opportunities to highlight products, services and business activities.

You will also develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement and support brand awareness and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will prepare communication and media activity reports, collaborate with marketing teams to develop new ideas and approaches, coordinate content to ensure it is publication-ready and respond to communication-related needs in a timely manner.

The role suits someone who is a strong communicator and copywriter with excellent presentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• You have proven experience creating targeted and engaging content.
• You have strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have strong organizational skills and are comfortable taking ownership and leading communication activities.
