Assignment description 

Our client in Malmö is looking for a BCP/BIA Specialist to join their team. You can choose to either work from their office in Malmö or in Helsingborg.

The ideal candidate must possess proficient spoken and written skills in both Swedish and English. This is imperative for effective communication within the organization. Furthermore, you should demonstrate strong communication abilities, fostering collaboration with internal teams as well as external vendors.

A crucial requirement is prior experience in Business Continuity Planning. Additionally, you should have a track record of providing support to business stakeholders in various Business Continuity Planning tasks. While not mandatory, having previous experience within the financial sector would be a valuable asset, providing an additional layer of insight and understanding in this context.

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Document internal business processes to support the business operations
• Identify dependencies between processes and applications
• Document business processes according to specific business needs and requirements
• Support process owners in classifying their processes in regards of CIA values
• Take the lead in conducting BIA workshops with process owners
• Provide support to the process owners in establishing continuity plans
• Document applications that are used by the processes
• Regularly report progress and findings to the CIO and IT security staff
• Support the business owner in analyzing business impact on roles and responsibilities
