Assignment description
In this role you will be part of an enthusiastic People Experience (PX/HR) team that works closely with the business and our client’s extended HR community to shape, support and influence the business agenda from a People perspective. You will together with the team cover all from being part of the business teams and influencing the strategic agenda, supporting the managers in different HR-related topics; creating data, alignment, inspiration, and development within their core areas. You will be part of a constantly changing and developing function where they adapt and work together as a collaborative team.
Your role contains one or two elements. One is to secure quality and data in all HR-related analytics, as well as provide insights and benchmarks as a base for more valuable decisions. You will be working in close collaboration with the business, PX Engineering and Central PX. For larger functions, they will also add the element of going in as a partner to support the business agenda in one or more management teams. You will actively secure HR deliverables and processes with a focus on People, Culture and Leadership.
We’re looking for you with an eagerness to learn and interest in how data can add value to the area of HR. For this role, you can be at the beginning of your career, filled with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a real impact. You have experience working in various systems that support analytics, and reports, ready to dive into the world of data-based decision-making. You have knowledge of Excel and Power BI and the ability to present your data professionally to relevant stakeholders.
You are also comfortable working closely with the management team, where you’ll have an important role in ensuring their organizational design, performance, leadership, and engagement align with their mission. Your ability to communicate effectively, adapt, and provide operational support will be key in this role.
As a person you are comfortable collaborating across teams and demonstrate courage and stakeholder management skills. We highly value it if you not only understand the ever-evolving business landscape but also are curious about its current opportunities from a strategic perspective. Attention to detail and robust analytical skills are key qualities we’re looking for.
