Assignment description

Our client in Malmö are now looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Solution Specialist (Librarian/Data Analyst). In this role you will support the client with development of ITSM practices and LM service model in ServiceNow’s ITSM module. You will be a part of the ITSM practice’s development team, with a focus on development of Incident, Change and Agent Workspace as well as service definition, modeling and setup in ServiceNow.

Required competence:

• ITIL
• ServiceNow
• CMDB
• ITSM practices
• Experience from Configuration management database

The workload will initially be 40% but will increase to 80% from February until June 2024.
