Are you the Software Integration & Release that our customer is looking for their Unit Vehicle Platform team? The unit Vehicle Platform develops hardware, software and mechatronic systems for their cars. It consists of five engineering departments: Climate, Deceleration & Steering, Painted Body, Side & Roof and Body Control & Road Contact. They also have two departments supporting the five engineering departments: Strategy & Program and Operations & Quality.

They are now looking for an experienced member to their Software Integration & Release team within Operations & Quality. The team leads the Software Integration and Release activities within their unit, supporting and coordinating the deliveries from their four engineering departments developing software.

Main responsibilities:
As a Software Integration Leader you will be responsible for managing software changes, keeping track of updates and ensuring that their teams are always up to date with the latest information. You also plan the testing, track what is tested and what the test result is. Keeping track of configuration management is also part of the scope, as well as improving and streamlining their work processes.
You will be part of a small, dynamic team working across several departments and software teams.

Required qualifications and personal qualities:
You have a University Degree in Software Engineering or similar alternatively equivalent experience from the automotive industry, including solid knowledge in software development, testing and system integration.

As this is a Senior Leader role, you need to have experience from leading others, with great communication skills, working with a team oriented approach with a focus on succeeding with their deliveries. You also need to be structured and like to continuously improve current working processes.

You are fluent in spoken and written English.
