Client to us has now an assignment ready for their role within Project Office Test Rig Hotel. For this role you need to have an ability to lead through people, listen and coach and you are energetic and truly motivated by creating new solutions together with the cross-functional team.

Within TRH & Software Test Center the company is responsible for increasing flow for integration, Units and other customers outside R&D. In their exciting endeavor towards securing test environments for customers, they are now looking for a new Improvement Driver to their project office.

What you’ll do:

• Improve our unit’s product and service offerings to meet our customers’ growing needs
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in our way-of-working and processes
• Lead the realization of determined work packages
• Collaborate and align initiatives within our different Engineering Manager areas
• Have a business perspective and together with the team, take ownership to deliver according to our tasks

You and your skills:

• Bachelor Science, Master Science or equivalent technical experience
• Experienced in Product Development and our product development process
• Leadership qualities and experiences
• Driving license
