Assignment description

Within our client’s IT’s infrastructure department they are looking for a experienced Project Leader with experience coping with architectural and regulatory requirement challenges, while ensuring that the business can smoothly continue to function. The responsibility within the role is not only coordinating efforts within the company’s own department but also cross other areas affected by the transformation.
DORA is the main driver behind this transformation. The detailed tasks will be determined by the consultant with input from relevant parties:

• Analyses with the teams current delivery model compared to DORA requirements
• Understand and visualize the cross department affected processes
• Limit the interruption of daily work functions
• Assess and follow status within affected teams
• Present progress and status to a steering committee
• Establish a fully covering roadmap of all activities ongoing
• Support and cooperation with the company’s architect community
• Facilitate Workshops with delivery teams

In your role as Project Leader it will be vital to have architectural understanding and experience. The ability to comprehend complex structural demands and translate those to doable actions is a fundamental part of the role. Interpersonal leadership skills will enable you to motivate stakeholders from different disciplines with different perspectives. You find ways to ignite collaboration leading to consensus and progress towards common goals.
In order to manage the interpretation of the regulatory frameworks effects on the IT delivery, they believe that you have a broad IT infrastructural experience. They also see that you have experience in different project management methods and preferable IT architectural understanding. Being comfortable to deliver in an agile context will help you to thrive in the position. The main objective will be to support the company’s DORA implementation, but the demands are broader then that, so adaptability and flexibility are key attributes that the company is looking for.

Skills and experience needed:

• You have in depth insights in IT operation and regulatory framework implications on such operation
• You should be able to lead highly specialized people in delivering on tasks needed for the projects
• Be able to navigate and balance differences and perspectives on the matter
• Create relevant contact within the organization to ensure both progress and commitment
• Language: English and Swedish
