Our client are now looking for a person who can take on the responsibility of a Senior Data Analyst role, specializing in Quality Data, such as warranty, diagnostic, customer research.

Job description:
In this role you will act as the Analytical Lead for developing, maintaining, and improving Analytical Products used in the Quality community. As a Analytical Lead, you will be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business owners to define and prioritize analytical projects, deliver recommendations on project set-up such as data pipelines, visualization approach, time plans, resources, and business criticality.
You will analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlation. When developing Analytical products you will collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity. Finally, you will interpret and communicate findings through insightful reports, visualizations, and presentations.

This role also includes to act as their 2nd line support for BI incidents or change request, specifically for SAP-BO. As SAP-BO will be under decommission during 2024, working as a bridge towards new solutions will also be key to this role.

Qualifications and expertise needed:

• Experienced data analyst, consistently curious, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, proficient in manipulating and interpreting complex datasets using statistical analysis. Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, and Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases; knowledge of Snowflake.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritizing data accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of data extraction and transformation tools, familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques, experience with programming languages, and understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms could be beneficial.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI; critical for analytical products used by colleagues in the Quality community.
• Proficiency in SAP-BO is required for incident support and change requests.
• Appreciates the challenge of working with imperfect data, approaches work in a structured manner, self-motivated, and shares enthusiasm for leveraging data effectively.
• Ideally holds a degree in engineering, physics, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field with 6-10 years of experience in a data analyst role.
