In our clients department within Safe Vehicle Automation, we are a team of dedicated and skilled Engineers creating tomorrow’s platform solutions for their active safety and self-driving vehicles. The clients ART Autonomous Drive & ADAS Platform develops the sensor and software platform that enables development and deployment of functionality such as Collision Avoidance, Automatic Parking and Autonomous Driving. The team develops the software platform for sensor integration and application layer towards the customer functions and the driver interface.

The team is an international team spread across multiple sites, and you will manage a broad spectrum of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to synchronize planning and prioritization of deliveries and resources.

What you will do:

• Lead the team consisting of 12 software developers to plan deliveries and follow up towards team goals to ensure the releases for their vehicle projects
• Work closely with the Product Owner and the Engineering Manager on backlog scope and priorities, team collaboration and delivery planning
• Work closely with the RTEs and UPMs in SVA, to communicate delivery plans and report team status
• Manage planning of software delivery, fault report resolution and resourcesFacilitating and leading the team’s daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinements and retrospectives
• Risk mitigation and resolving impediments

What you bring in:

• Experience in leading complex software development projects with challenging goals
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to structure team planning
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in SAFe, Scrum/Kanban way of working and well acquainted with tools such as VIRA/JIRA or Confluence
