Assignment description
Within our customer’s Consumer Quality team they are looking for professional and enthusiastic person. You will be the main contact between the Quality Insight and one of our solutions. For example Infotainment, Hardware & Mechatronics, Remote Functions & Cloud or Connectivity.
As a person you are social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. It is important that you are highly customer focused and that you are driven by overcoming challenges and finding solutions both short term as well as long term.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize consumer-driven items in collaboration with the team
- Support team members in scoping and addressing problems
- Lead in-depth data analysis to identify root causes
- Act as a Stakeholder for field quality complaints
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality Analysis
- Previous involvement in technical problem management is an advantage
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Automotive industry experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
