Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a System Engineer to join their team in Göteborg.

What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain concepts within VMM (Vehicle Mode Management) and AD Mode Management and Start Function. Provide support internally and to suppliers. Assess deviations and assist in fault-tracing of issues. Follow up and report progress for VMM/AD mode related questions in projects.

Who you are:

• Deep technical expertise: proven expertise and experience in the Mode Management area to give technical advice to component owners and suppliers
• Electrical Systems: proven expertise, experience and knowledge of in-vehicle electrical systems in general
• Requirements management: Create/maintain the Mode Management requirements, compile SW Statement of work, plan and integrate findings for improvements
• Fault-tracing: conduct root cause analysis for electrical issues appearing in vehicles, especially for Start- and VMM-related matters
• Software Architecture: high level structures of a software system, the discipline of creating such structures, and the documentation of these structures
• Technical assessment & supplier review: Ability to effectively assess different technical set-ups and solutions and build solid recommendations

Specific requirements:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area
• >2 years Experience in VMM and ethernet/CAN
• >2 years Experience in Power Supply & Current consumption
• >1 years Experience with ISO26262
• >2 years Experience of AUTOSAR specifications and architecture
