Our client in the banking industry is looking for a qualified Project/Program Administrator within Customer Lifecycle Tribe.

They are looking for someone with a good track record of working in complex projects including internal and external resources from different cultures and companies.

Customer Lifecycle Tribe are responsible for the company’s master data solutions and customer processes. They work with business development and regulatory compliance to make these processes as customer friendly and efficient as possible.

The consultant will work as Project Administrator in the CLMT project and be responsible for project administration. CLMT project implements a new system for KYC (Know Your Customer) assessment and establish a new KYC process at work within the company. For this role, the consultant will work with a team of Project Managers and Stream leads, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist and support with documentation, meeting management, presentations, organize venues, assist with planning, financial follow-up and other administrative duties
  • Continuously contribute to improve efficiencies

Who you are:

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Banking and/or Finance industry experience
  • Excellent project assistant skills (highly organized, efficient, responsive, fast worker, quick thinker)
  • Positive, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Speak and writes Swedish and English
