Assignment description

Our client is seeking a Refrigerant Hardware Electronics Developer. As a member of the Refridgerant hardware team you will contribute with electrical engineering competence and be part of all phases in the development process. Climate system section is responsible for climate development.  The section is part of Vehicle hardware unit within our clients R&D division (Product & Quality). The Refridgerant hardware group has today 30 employees divided into two teams.
They have high diversity in their group, consisting of different ages, backgrounds and experiences with open dialogues and good fellowship among the teams. Now they are looking for a new colleague to complement them and bring additional value to the group.

They are currently on the exciting journey in the electrification of the car industry, therefore it is important for them to be adoptable on changes and show initiative to bring value and make changes happen.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team, suppliers, testing department, and other stakeholders within the company.
• Implement optimal solutions without deviations in quality assurance.
• Ensure suppliers meet requirements based on high-quality standards set by the team.

Technical Collaboration:

• Support the team with knowledge in component SW and electrical HW development.
• Maintain close contact with EMC department, EDS, and basetech.
• Stay updated on demands and deliveries for effective collaboration.

Components:

• Work with components such as Temp sensor, Compressor (high voltage), Pressure sensor, and different types of valves.

Professional Development:

• Develop in project leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving.
• Manage components in various projects.

Qualifications:

• Contribute to system solution discussions, system FMEA, and inspections of subsystem design with System/Architecture designers.
• Valuable experience includes working with systems, suppliers, and understanding agile ways of working.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and possess a valid driving license ”B” in Sweden.
