We are seeking a senior user experience/change management professional who thrives on witnessing others becoming happier and more productive due to their work. If you are not only creative and inquisitive but also enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to user, business, and technical needs, they would love to include you in their newly established Digital Workplace Experience team.

Our client is undergoing a transformation, shifting from a focus on technology to a focus on improving user journeys. To facilitate this change, you will collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and other digital experience professionals, advocating for a user-centric approach in all aspects of their work.

What You’ll Do

As one of three Experience Leads, you will concentrate on the digital workplace user experience, encompassing hardware, software applications, collaboration tools, operating systems, and online/onsite support. You will represent the user perspective in setting priorities, scoping, and facilitating research, leveraging methods to ensure a positive user experience.

Your influential, collaborative attitude will support teams in engaging with research methods and understanding the design process. You will be an advocate for design thinking in both small and large deliveries, demonstrating broad experience in different UX perspectives. Acting as a strategic lead, you will drive user research with a hands-on approach.

You will conduct relevant user research, evaluate results, propose and test solutions, working closely with product teams and leaders, effectively communicating complex information.

With your knowledge in cognitive psychology, usability, and human behavior, you put yourself in the user’s shoes to interpret user actions and reactions, always striving to include and organize user feedback to secure the people side of the digital process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of UX research or related experience, emphasizing leadership and coordination of digital experience initiatives.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in a related field, such as Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, Change Management, Usability Engineering, or equivalent education and related training/certification.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Understanding of the importance of change management in digital deliveries.
