Our client is seeking a Senior Project Leader for an exciting assignment in Stockholm.
Project description:
Background:
Today all company HR support request are handled manually through mail and phone, with no common process or possibility to overview the delivery. HR support handles about 25.000 requests yearly and have a need of secure and effective process to change the employee experience.
Scope:
To map and document the need and process from the HR side and coordinate with the IT department about what can be done in existing systems to then if needed go ahead and create an RFP, receive tenders, and go through and then ensure implementation.
Results:
To have case management system implemented, process documented and efficient way of working.
Assignment period:
Assignment/agreement start 2024-xx-xxx (ASAP), contract period 6 months with unilateral option for our client to extend the assignment.
Skill requirements
Offered consultant shall:
- Understand needs from business and translate it into working software.
- Work in close collaboration with HR Shared Services and HR IT to secure delivery according to the business needs.
- Have experience of case management system and HR system preferably SAP and ServiceNow
- Have 5 years experience working in Nordic country and HR
- Have excellent communication and documenting skills.
- Secure application compliance with regulation (GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Accessibility) and company IT security
