Assignment Description:

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Integration Leader and Configuration Manager for Zone Controllers.

At the Agile Release Train Core System Components (ARTCSC), within Software & Electronics Platforms, they are developing Zone Controllers for a new fully electrical platform. This project represents a significant challenge within the new platform, requiring the establishment of a new team dedicated to configuring the base software for multifunctional units. These units will encompass body controllers, I/O controllers, electrical power distribution units, gateways, and electrical power supply components. The team is committed to working on solutions from early concept to industrialization and subsequent field follow-up. They prioritize building cross-functional, empowered teams within an agile environment. Now, they are seeking a talented individual with software or Autosar experience to join their agile development teams on this exciting journey.

The teams will be responsible for configuring and developing the software stack (BSW) in close collaboration with suppliers and external teams. They will be involved in the entire implementation chain, from verification to delivering the complete Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• As an Integration Leader, you will play a key role in creating the next generation of Zone Controllers/Body Controllers.
• You will participate in defining the integration strategy and implementation strategy, from configuring the BSW to delivering applications for the vehicle.
• Additionally, you will support agile teams by assisting in defining, exploring, and implementing enablers. You will provide oversight, guidance, and foster a quality-first culture using modern tools and technologies.
• You will utilize your software or Autosar Basic SW configuration expertise to lead the team in the integration and configuration of systems. Ensuring a correct software stack configuration and seamless integration with other ECUs will be essential.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to building an automated workflow for continuous integration and testing of new software.
• You will work closely with several expert competencies, both within and outside our client’s organization. Collaborating with ARTCSC’s broad area of expertise will facilitate your long-term development and expand your knowledge within various fields.

Meritorious Experience:

• Skilled in project management
• Proficient in AUTOSAR
• Experienced in embedded software development
• Familiar with configuration management software and software release processes
• Proficiency in Python
• Knowledgeable in CAN and Automotive Ethernet communications
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems and real-time simulation
• Familiarity with continuous integration, verification, and development processes
• Understanding of platform development
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term roadmaps and technical evolution plans
