Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a an Application Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC solutions, with practical experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC module. Holds at least ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance Certificate.

Tasks:

• Under the leadership of a PL, implement the GRC module and associated processes in the existing set up of Service Now together with the client’s ServiceNow team.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have skills in ServiceNow’s App Engine and have a documented ability to develop, configure and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow to support unique business processes and workflow requirements. The individual should have expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems: Extensive experience implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems (eg ERP, HR systems) using REST, SOAP and other relevant APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms. The candidate must also have ServiceNow Portal Development Skills: Proficient in designing, customizing and managing ServiceNow service portals to improve user experience, streamline service delivery and facilitate easier access to GRC features through intuitive interfaces.
