Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Project Leader HIL.

Their HIL solutions team is responsible for HILs (Hardware in the Loop) development, and they are an expert in HIL solutions enabling cutting-edge development methods. Their responsibility is to ensure that their internal customers are equipped with the right tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HIL projects alongside HIL engineers.
• Take responsibility for project management, including cost, time plan, and associated risks.
• Propose solutions and provide support in defining future needs related to our client’s HIL plans.
• Act as a member of the Test Rig Hotel (TRH).
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers who are customers.
• Build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D.
• Shape project deliveries and develop skills alongside colleagues.
• Access long-term development opportunities in a dynamic and growing field.
• Have a strong direct influence on customer satisfaction as part of the team.

Qualifications:

• Education in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or similar disciplines.
• Strong IT knowledge.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in HIL (both hardware and software).
• Experience in HIL build.
• Work experience in the automotive industry.
