Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking a Project Leader who can manage and coordinate IT projects across different domains and platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the project activities, ensuring that they meet the quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements. The project’s goal is to digitalize HR processes and include blue-collar workers in the process.

Standard IT Project Management Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project resources, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicate and report project status, progress, and performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate project closure and handover activities.
  • Drive the project to overall success.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the digital transformation domain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and ServiceNow SPM.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR is needed.
  • Knowledge and experience related to ServiceNow and ITOM are beneficial but not mandatory.
